BMI

Different moods help me write different stuff.
Today i have a special mood to write about BMI.
What is BMI? In full name, BMI is call "body mass index".
BMI decribes the ratio between your body weight and body size according to the height
and is closely associated with the quantity of fat tissue on your body.
People who want an ideal weight ussually use BMI to meassure it.
It is a way to let us know whether we are too fat, too thin or normal.
Calculation Formula : BMI = Weight (kg) / height in meters² (m² ) Your desirable BMI also depends on your age:

19-24 years 19 - 24 25-34 years 20 - 25
35-44 years 21 - 26
45-54 years 22 - 27
55-64 years 23 - 28
64 + years 24-29
Is your BMI is within an ideal range? If it is, congratulations!
If it is not, then need to work hard on healthy living.
We should eat the right food on the right time.
Eat fresh, eat lean, eat earlier, eat healthy.
We not only can keep our body fit, we also can improve our lifestyle,
we also can keep diseases away from us and maintain the immune system of body.
By having a healthy lifestyle, we will look fresh and even have a youthful looking skin.
Girls can become more pretty;
Boys can become more handsome.
WHY NOT everyone create a healthy lifestyle?
